Excellent service and products

I decided after having looked through WOOLOVERS catalogue and saw a linen dress my wife liked so as a surprise I ordered it from woolovers, not sure of sizes, I phoned to their sales dept and spoke to a very helpful assistant (apologies name alludes me) he went through the details so I ordered and paid for it, within a couple of days it had arrived well packaged, excellent service, and my wife was very pleased with her surprise dress it looked good the quality was first class and the price I thought was very reasonable for linen a natural fibre, good company very helpful would highly recommend it,

Good quality garments but buttons on…

Good quality garments but buttons on cardigans come off.Woolovers the buttons you use are too heavy for wool!

Textured cropped organic cotton cardigan.

I have recently bought three of the textured cropped cardigans made with organic cotton. They are well made, useful and very comfortable to wear. I would love to buy the same thing in other colours!

Excellent service

Excellent, efficient customer service. Was so refreshing leaving a telephone call with a smile and feeling 100% satisfied with this transaction. Will look forward to receiving my half zip sweatshirt when it is delivered in May.

Great Customer Service

I had trouble with the online ordering so I phoned customer support. Had the most delightful conversation with the Woolovers Customer Service Representative. She was helpful and really great to speak with. I look forward to receiving my order.

Sent several messages and emails,they…

Sent several messages and emails,they were going to look into my missing jumper which was one of three, two arrived one was marked as paid on the invoice and to follow,it hasn't followed, I've sent full details order number customer number and date ordered, wool overs no longer except emails all in all very poor service, Ivery been a customer for many years never had to get in touch with them before.

Disappointed loyal customer

I have been a big fan of Woolovers for years, having bought at least 10 items for myself or family members. I have bought mostly wool jumpers and have worn and washed many times, quality has been amazing. The latest jumper I had, however, shrunk after 1 wash following instructions on the garment label. No reply to emails from customer services and after returning, Woolovers sent it straight back saying I had washed it incorrectly and couldn't refund.Reviews on the garment showed that others had shrunk in a similar way. These products aren't cheap, I won't have the confidence to risk buying again from this company.Update. I have had 2 replies from Woolovers on this site suggesting I contact customer services. This is the reason I've reviewed on here as on previous calls to customer services, I could not be put through to returns dept, just had promises that they would call me back (they didn't). Still have no answer as to why no mention of spin speed on washing label. I suggest a strong warning is included on garments about washing delicate items. I am very careful about washing wool so would have appreciated the extra warning.Customer services were very friendly, yes, but only have standard answers to queries.
